- ·Engaging Party pays: 10% + 10% + 30% + 50% = 100% of Success Fee
- ·Receiving Party's 50% escrow is applied toward the final transaction
- ·Both parties complete the deal — funds distributed per closing documents
- ·Receiving Party backs out for immaterial or bad-faith reasons
- ·50% escrowed funds are forfeited by the Receiving Party
- ·Funds released to the Engaging Party — reimburses the 10% + 10% + 30% paid
- ·Queenston retains its fees; Engaging Party is fully protected
- ·Engaging Party (Buyer or Seller) decides not to proceed at any stage
- ·Fees paid to Queenston (10%, 10%, 30%, or 50%) are non-refundable
- ·Queenston is compensated for all work and expertise invested
- ·Receiving Party's escrow is returned in full — no breach on their part
